This vision was encapsulated in 'Your city, our promise,' the strategic cornerstone of the 2020 Go Green campaign, which promotes Uber’s commitment in creating a zero emissions mobility platform by 2040. How? By forging strong partnerships with cities, assisting earners in transitioning to electric vehicles, and providing riders with sustainable ride options, including EVs, public transit, and bikes.

IDEA

Our primary campaign objective was to underscore Uber's dedication to collaborating with cities, riders, and drivers in fostering a sustainable future, alongside the launch of the brand’s latest in-app feature, Uber Green. As part of the deliverables, we created a robust toolkit enabling teams to localize and scale creative assets across global markets. The toolkit included a globally consistent creative wrapper, various assets tailored for different owned channels, and comprehensive measurement plans to assess performance. Our creative initiatives spanned across web, CRM, social media, and in-app platforms, ensuring a unified and cohesive message.
